Teacher may encourage stronger students to be the ‘leader’ of the group and emphasize the value and importance of each group member to the team environment. Each member should be tasked with a part of the design and building process which is best suited to them.

There are opportunities for cross-collaboration with other subject areas in the school that might be pursued. For example,

- Collaborate with members of the local community who might be interested in visiting a classroom as either a public speaker or a design expert.
